New Tech Center and East Coast Support Hub

This facility offers multimedia classroom training, a machine showroom, mold trial capabilities, large tonnage machine inventory, customer consultation, and local service. All this within easy access to Newark Liberty International Airport!

This 50-year fabricator’s portfolio of CNC multi axis machining, Rapid Production Manufacturing, 3D Printing, die cutting, stamping, forming, engineering and design support provides best in class solutions of near net non-metallic custom parts. We’re pleased to say, they’ve now added two of our J180ADS-300U Injection Molding Machines. This expansion will gain additional opportunities to their business for years to come.
When we inquired with Roncelli Plastics’ GM of Operations, Tom Marquez on how this will benefit the company, he explained “This [Injection Molding Machine} offers another commodity that Roncelli Plastics can provide in addition to our CNC machining and 3D printing. It makes Roncelli Plastics a “one stop shop”. We can now offer cost efficient components in high production volumes. More versatility on features that would require multi axis machining. This gives the customer super flexibility in design and material. Offers high efficiency in mass production, significant strength enhancement and reduced waste”.
We had the opportunity to visit their facility post installation of the machines and were impressed with their streamlined operations, cleanliness, digital work centers and knowledgeable staff. They’ve completed testing samples and are in production of their first aerospace molded parts.
