Roncelli Plastics of Monrovia, CA adds Injection Molding to their capabilities with JSW

Roncelli Plastics is a precision plastics manufacturer continually improving their capabilities to exceed their customers demand. This 50-year fabricator’s portfolio of CNC multi axis machining, Rapid Production Manufacturing, 3D Printing, die cutting, stamping, forming, engineering and design support provides best in class solutions of near net non-metallic custom parts. We’re pleased to say, they’ve now added two of our J180ADS-300U Injection Molding Machines. This expansion will gain additional opportunities to their business for years to come.

When we inquired with Roncelli Plastics’ GM of Operations, Tom Marquez on how this will benefit the company, he explained “This [Injection Molding Machine} offers another commodity that Roncelli Plastics can provide in addition to our CNC machining and 3D printing. It makes Roncelli Plastics a “one stop shop”. We can now offer cost efficient components in high production volumes. More versatility on features that would require multi axis machining. This gives the customer super flexibility in design and material. Offers high efficiency in mass production, significant strength enhancement and reduced waste”.

We had the opportunity to visit their facility post installation of the machines and were impressed with their streamlined operations, cleanliness, digital work centers and knowledgeable staff. They’ve completed testing samples and are in production of their first aerospace molded parts.

Come Join JSW at Plastec West 2019 with Integrated Plastics Machinery

JSW will be participating in the upcoming Plastec West show in Anaheim, CA February 5-7 with Integrated Plastcs Machinery in booth #4024.

We will be showcasing the ADS series press with our SYSCOM 5000i controller for you to experience. We will have information on the Flip units, as well as some additional new technology for mid-sized presses.

JSW Open House at our Chicago Technical Center - Flip 20 Showcase

2018 has been a very exciting year for JSW as we have had a name change, a memorable exhibit at this year’s NPE, along with some big plans looking forward into 2019 and beyond.

As a follow-up to the NPE, JSW will be hosting an open house on Thursday, November 1st in which we will be featuring our Flip Unit, an auxiliary all-electric modular injection unit that can be added to any of your existing JSW machines. This will be working in conjunction with a JSW model J100ADS-180U. JSW will also be demonstrating their J50ADS-30U and both machines will be monitored using Net 100 software.

We know how busy the year end can be, so we hope that you will make plans to visit us, we promise you will not be disappointed.
